1. Acceptance
By using the TradingTools app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the App.
2. What TradingTools is
TradingTools is a calculation and educational application for traders. It includes position-size calculators, P&L tools and risk-to-reward (R:R) assessments, plus prop-firm account monitoring. The Pro tier ($4.99, one-time) unlocks broker selection with spread and margin-requirement data, the Edge Lab (Risk of Ruin, Kelly, expectancy), unlimited journaling with CSV export and removes ads.
3. No investment advice
The App does not provide investment, financial or tax advice. All calculations depend entirely on the information you enter. The App does not recommend specific instruments, brokers, strategies or positions.
4. Investment risk
Trading leveraged instruments such as forex, indices and commodities carries a high risk of capital loss. Most retail traders lose money. All investment decisions rest solely with you.
5. Broker data
Broker data presented in the App is approximate, sourced from public information and may be outdated. Always verify conditions directly with the broker before opening an account.
6. Payments
- Free version: ad-supported, no cost.
- Pro version: $4.99 one-time purchase via the App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow the respective platform's policies.
7. Intellectual property
All rights to the TradingTools name, logo, design and source code belong to Szymon Surmacz. Copying, decompiling or redistributing requires written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for financial losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
9. Termination
Access may be suspended for violations of these Terms or applicable regulations. You may uninstall the App at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the courts competent for Piaseczno (05-500), Poland. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply and you may bring proceedings before your local courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will trigger a notification. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
